&lt;p&gt;Put 150 g flour in a bowl, add a packet of baking powder. In another bowl, beat 1 egg with 140 g sugar until the mixture falls in a heavy ribbon. Add 120 g sour cream, a pinch of salt for flavor balance and 3 tbsp vegetable oil, stir with a spoon and add to the flour mixture, stir, add 1 large apple grated on a large grater and orange zest — if the apple is very juicy, lightly squeeze the gratings. Stir the batter again and transfer to a 20–22 cm springform pan lined with parchment paper. Immediately place in an oven preheated to 190°C for about 35 minutes.
