Preparation

Make small cuts in the drumsticks and insert the garlic slices. In a bowl, mix the pressed garlic, spices, tomato paste, soy sauce and melted butter into a marinade. Coat the drumsticks with it, toss, and let them marinate for 20–30 minutes.

Arrange in a baking dish and place in the oven preheated to 180–200°C for 40 minutes.

After 30 minutes, open the oven and baste the meat with marinade once more. Leave in the oven for another 10 minutes.
